Who is Enid Collins?
She's from Medina, Texas and began to create these bags in 1959. They're colorfully decorated with paint, sequins, rhinestones, and other unique embellishments. Some of her designs were even named. In 1970 she sold her business to the Tandy Leather Corporation.
