Spring is coming in Galena, Il

Are you ready for spring???  I know, I know, silly question!  With Easter coming early this year I thought I had better be doing my window display before it's too late.  I just got my  Canfolk bunnies and chicks in yesterday.  Along with some Blondes to go with Dagwood and Marilyn Monroe depicting her famous subway picture with her skirt flying in the wind.  I think Kristen did an awesome job with these.  Sometimes I really give her a challenge with these characters but she always seems to come thru for me.  So talented!
The second window celebrates the color Aqua, my favorite color.   If you have ever been in my shop you see that I like to display in sections by color.  Get lots of compliments for this.

Vintage Inspiration For Photographers

All That's Vintage in Galena, IL

My daughter came across this board titled Photo Tips & Ideas on Pinterest with an adorable baby dressed like a snowman.  We immediately thought of how cute it would be to utilize the vintage red velvet chair that we have in the shop.

What an awesome prop it would make for a photography studio.  Not only for Christmas time, but Valentine's Day or any day of the year.  Red is such a vibrant color that would look great everywhere.  It's striking bold color makes a statement all on it's own. 

We offer several items in the shop that photographers have been purchasing for their studios.  I'll have to follow up with more posts of inspiration here on the blog.

A peek at some inventory
